This Privacy Policy explains how SJ Apps handles personal information in each of our Shopify apps (SJ:SmartSort, SJ:BulkPro, Banana Fit, collectively referred to as "the Apps").

By using the Apps, you are deemed to have agreed to this Privacy Policy. Each app collects only the minimum information necessary to provide its functionality.

2. Information We Collect

• Order data (including line items and customer information) — for import/export functionality

• Customer data (name, email, address, etc.) — for import/export functionality

• Uploaded files (CSV, Excel)

• Export settings and template information

[Banana Fit]

• Product images (for virtual try-on and coordinate suggestions)

• Photos uploaded by customers (deleted promptly after AI try-on image generation)

• Body measurement data (height, weight, body type — collected only after explicit customer consent)

• Order data (for purchase conversion tracking and analytics)

* Generated try-on images are not stored on our servers. They are temporarily held in browser cache only.

3. Purpose of Information Use

The information collected is used for the following purposes:

• Providing each app's functionality (product sorting, bulk data management, virtual try-on, etc.)

• AI-powered try-on image generation, size recommendations, and coordinate suggestions (Banana Fit only)

• Providing analytics functionality (Banana Fit only)

• Improving app functionality and fixing bugs

• Providing customer support

We will not use the collected information for any purposes other than those listed above.

4. Data Storage

The information collected is stored in a secure server environment, and we take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it from unauthorized access, loss, destruction, and tampering.

Data is stored only for the period necessary to provide the App's functionality and will be promptly deleted when you uninstall the App.

[Banana Fit image data] Photos uploaded by customers are used solely for try-on image generation and are immediately deleted from our servers after generation is complete. Generated try-on images are not stored on our servers — they are temporarily held in browser cache only.

We do not share the information collected with third parties except in the following cases:

• When you have given explicit consent

• When disclosure is required by law

• When necessary to protect the safety of you or the public

The Apps use Shopify's infrastructure, and Shopify's Privacy Policy also applies.

[External AI Service Used by Banana Fit]

Banana Fit's virtual try-on feature sends the customer's uploaded photo and product images to Google LLC's AI API (Gemini) to generate try-on images. Data transmitted is processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. By using the try-on button, you are deemed to have consented to this processing.
