Technical Questions
The try-on button isn't showing in my theme.
An Online Store 2.0 compatible theme is required. If 'Banana Fit' doesn't appear in the theme editor block list, try reinstalling the app.
What can I do if try-on image quality is low?
Using a photo taken in a bright location with a simple background improves accuracy. Full-body or upper-body photos facing forward work best.
Coordinate suggestions aren't showing.
Coordinate suggestions are available on the Growth plan or higher. You also need to register outfit sets as metaobjects in Shopify admin.
Billing Questions
What happens when I exceed the monthly try-on limit?
Overage charges apply up to each plan's monthly cap (Starter: $0.17/try-on, max $500/mo; Growth: $0.17/try-on, max $1,000/mo; Pro: $0.12/try-on, max $2,000/mo; Enterprise without own key: $0.12/try-on, max $5,000/mo). Once the cap is reached, the try-on feature is paused until the next month.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes, you can change plans anytime from the app settings in Shopify admin. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades from the following month.
What is BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) on the Enterprise plan?
The Enterprise plan allows you to register your own Google AI (Gemini) API key. With your own key registered, there are no app-side overage charges (Google API costs are paid directly to Google). Without your own key, the plan includes 500 try-ons/month with $0.12/try-on overage (max $5,000/mo).
